Millington Diamond to Ford based Gearbox Alloy Bellhousing - Standard fitting
New design Millington Diamond specific bellhousing, for use with
block mounted starter motors with the small diameter flywheels as used
on millington Diamond engines; both series 1 and series 2.
Allows extra clearance over the RS2000 type bellhousing
Ideal for use with sequential gearboxes with Ford Type-9/Rocket bolt
pattern
Revised Version bellhousing with the addition of 2x extra mounting
points in the dry sump pan , now the bellhousing includes a shield plate
and 2x extra dowels
The sump pan will require 2x 10mm x 1.5 helicoil inserts fitting for the extra 2 mounting points
Thicker casting wall section with extra webs added to top and bottom
flanges for extra strength
Hellicoiled engine mounting bolt holes
Gearbox mounting bolt holes: 12mm clearance for cap head bolts
AP Racing CP6859-54 slave cylinder mounting boss - (cylinder not
included)
Extra material left on the mounting boss - To be machined down to suit
clutch height
